The Lost Mirror – Потерянное зеркальце is an exciting Russian musical performance for the whole family, a musical fairy tale for children between the ages of 6 and 96. The author of the original work is Pavel Pepperstein. The play has two acts with a nostalgic performance full of magic.
This is a fairy tale about the adventures of a hand mirror with a fragment of a star on the handle.
And, of course, the mirror is magical: it reflects joys and experiences, despair and hope, rejection and love, and helps its owners see the fulfillment of great and impossible desires – even space flight.
During their travels and adventures, the Mirror and the audience learn a lot about themselves and the world around them – about the existence of the chocolate zoo, the sausage reticulum, the gardener’s kittens. And the message that the actors tried to convey to the audience is that you don’t have to be magical to have something magical happen to you!
Unique colorful costumes and striking animations on a large led screen, gorgeous ClayPaky lighting, contributed to this fairy tale not only looking magical but also sounding good.
